**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Influencing and educating your peers by setting an example, providing direction, and generally raising the level of performance of others while on the job
* Providing feedback to peers and leaders to ensure that quality and timeliness expectations are met
* Providing review updates on quality and/or timeliness expectations to ensure that employees are aware of their performance
* Taking calls to maintain personal proficiency and support office-level goals
* Building and maintaining client relationships to ensure that customers receive exceptional service
* Attending and presenting at calibration meetings to achieve consistency in the review process
* Facilitating training for new hires and rotational employees as required
* Ensuring timely reviews occur to maintain a high level of customer service
* Identifying trends and assisting with specific training needs as requested
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
* 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Preferred)
* Strong customer centricity skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Digital literacy skills, with the ability to navigate various software systems and tools
* Inclusive leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
