**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Collaboratively overseeing daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team of 70+ team members, ensuring seamless interactions with patients, clients, and internal stakeholders.
* Maintaining development/training goals for team members in a 100% remote setting, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
* Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions specific to the program, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of program metrics and reporting out results to senior leadership, driving data-driven decision-making.
* Testing, solving, and approving program changes, including those related to Information Technology, platform upgrades, and modifications to program business rules.
* Handling creation, editing, and approval of employee timecards, as well as other standard HR responsibilities as a people leader.
* Conducting development-based biweekly/monthly/quarterly 1x1s with team members, providing effective coaching and feedback on performance improvement and goal setting.
* Collaborating with internal business partners to provide effective responses and resolutions to complex program-related issues.
* Effectively managing time and independently prioritizing work responsibilities to meet key deadlines as assigned by manager.
* Maintaining daily contact with client/3rd party partners, leveraging excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably with management experience.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
* A commitment to the continued development of oneself and team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
**Training and Work Schedules**
Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, with mandatory attendance required. This position is full-time (40 hours/week), with flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm CST.

As a remote employee, you will be responsible for providing a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. careerzynith will provide the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet, meeting the following requirements:
* Maintaining a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location.
* Download speed of 15Mbps (megabyte per second).
* Upload speed of 5Mbps (megabyte per second).
* Ping Rate Maximum of 30ms (milliseconds).
* Hardwired to the router.
* Surge protector with Network Line Protection for CAH issued equipment.
