As a Customer Service & Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers consolidate their retirement accounts and achieve their long-term financial goals. You'll be an advocate for our customers, providing exceptional support through various channels, and sharing valuable feedback with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap. If you're passionate about helping people achieve financial stability and growth, we want to hear from you. **About The Role:** As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the arenaflex rollover experience, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, and communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to facilitate transactions. Your contributions will also include: * Developing and maintaining our internal knowledge-base and external FAQs based on customer questions and comments * Synthesizing customer feedback and sharing insights with other team members to inform product development and improvement * Collaborating with our small, fast-paced team to drive innovation and growth **What You'll Bring:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry * Experience working with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) is a plus * A strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, including CRM software and communication platforms * Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems and meet business objectives * Experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced organization is a plus **Benefits We Offer:** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Remote-friendly work arrangements with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, with an office space in New York City * A competitive compensation package, including an annual salary of $45,000-$52,000 and equity in the company * Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 100% premium coverage for staff and 50% for dependents * Access to a 401(k) plan and 12 weeks of fully-paid parental leave * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic, mission-driven environment **Our Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
