**Job Requirements:**
* **Age requirement**: 18 years of age or older
* **Education**: High School Diploma or GED
* **Previous experience**: Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections.
* **Excellent communication skills**: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
* **Desire to actively engage and listen**: Demonstrate a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and concerns.
* **Empathy and problem-solving skills**: Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution.
* **Ability to learn quickly**: Show a willingness to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time.
