**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
* **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
* **Maintaining Store Operations**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
* **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
* **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
* **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
* **Providing Photo Services**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
* **Assisting with Web Pick-up**: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
* **Maintaining Store Appearance**: Ensure clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance, and assist with exterior and interior maintenance.
* **Complying with Company Policies**: Comply with all company policies and procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous customer service experience in a retail or pharmacy environment.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and effective manner.
* **Teamwork**: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
* **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Retail or Pharmacy Experience**: Previous experience working in a retail or pharmacy environment.
