**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences:**
+ Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

+ Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
+ Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
+ Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items.
* **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment:**
+ Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised.
+ Take inventory and maintain records.
+ Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
* **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures:**
+ Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
* **Assisting with Visual Merchandising:**
+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
+ Complete resets and revisions as directed.
* **Providing Additional Support:**
+ Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
+ Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
+ Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
+ Assist with web pick-up responsibilities and exterior and interior maintenance.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.
* **Experience:** Previous customer service experience in a retail environment preferred.
* **Skills:**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
+ Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
+ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
