**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email, addressing a wide range of inquiries and requests
* Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
* Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* The right to work in The Netherlands
* Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
* Experience working with a computer
* The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
* Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
* A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)
