We're not just looking for someone to follow a script or learn dialogue by heart – we want individuals who can bring their unique personality to every customer conversation and deliver exceptional support experiences. **Your Role as a Customer Service Associate** As an careerzynith Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers with your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
