**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers, answering their queries, and helping them find what they need
* Maintaining a positive sales floor environment by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
* Assisting with clerical duties such as customer files and contracts
