**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing support and assistance with a range of issues, from booking and scheduling to troubleshooting software malfunctions. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

* Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions

* Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress on customer issues and service requests
**Essential Qualifications**
