**Key Responsibilities:**

* Help service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
* Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
* Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Utilize technology to communicate with team members, participate in training and meetings, and stay up-to-date on company news and updates
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and service providers
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple issues simultaneously
* Proficiency in computer applications, including software troubleshooting and technical support
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
