What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact in our call center, answering incoming calls from customers and service providers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling.
- Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions.
- Helping customers and service providers troubleshoot software issues.
- Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Able to analyze customer emails and provide a thoughtful response that addresses all aspects of a customer's concern.
- Able to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous.
- Track multiple issues at the same time.
- Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions.
- Able to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A computer and quiet place to work.
- A good internet connection.
- To be a resident of Arizona.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A pay range of $17.50 to $20.50 per hour, based on experience.
