**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate Licensed, you'll be responsible for providing moderately complex to complex support services to internal and external customers. You'll ensure proper booking and maintenance of accounts, tracking and monitoring pipelines on an ongoing basis for compliance, documentation, funding, and maintenance of accounts. You'll also receive direction from a supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in supporting internal and external customers by providing moderately complex to complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, funding, customer service, and technical support.
- Review less complex products and services to customers to ensure accurate and timely support.
- Ensure proper booking and maintenance of accounts, tracking and monitoring pipelines on an ongoing basis for compliance, documentation, funding, and maintenance of accounts.
- Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders to provide assistance to frontline staff.
- Provide assistance to frontline staff as needed.
**Essential Qualifications**
- 6+ months of Customer Service - Licensed experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Holds Series 7 & 63 (or 65/66) or will obtain licenses within 180 days or hire date.
**Desired Qualifications**
- Brokerage experience
- Experience working within a Contact Center
- Familiarity with Brokerage software
- Good communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
