Your primary duties will include: * Inputs and tracks customer information into the appropriate databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Remains current on new marketing campaigns to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries using all available resources. * Handles customer documentation requests, clearly explaining the purpose and requirements of the documents, including any follow-ups or updates. * Demonstrates a working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures. * Accurately processes changes to customer policies based on the information provided, identifying opportunities for cross-sales (if applicable). * Employs probing questions and actively listens to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion, and displaying empathy for the caller's situation. * Ensures facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled. * Resolves routine, complex, and unique questions/issues. **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred) * 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (Preferred) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer information * Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer data and resolve issues **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the insurance industry or a related field * Knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer information * Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer data and resolve issues * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
