**In Your Typical Day, You Will:**
As a Customer Service Associate I, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Here are just a few things you can expect:
* **Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day**: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
* **Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information**: You'll be the expert on all things mortgage, and you'll be responsible for helping our customers navigate the process.
* **Discuss arenaflex customer benefits**: You'll be responsible for educating our customers about the benefits of working with arenaflex, including our paperless, mobile app, web, and IVR services.
* **Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment**: You'll be the lifeline for customers who are struggling to make their mortgage payments, and you'll work with them to find solutions and get back on track.
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* **6 months or more of customer service experience**: You'll need to have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, either in a call center or other customer-facing role.
* **6 months or more of call center experience**: You'll need to have experience working in a call center environment, including handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and meeting performance metrics.
**Additional Details:**
Here are a few additional details to keep in mind:
* **Hourly rate**: $15.00 per hour
* **Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards**: You'll be eligible for bonuses and rewards based on your performance and contributions to the team.
* **Must reside within 60 miles of office location**: You'll need to be located within a 60-mile radius of our office to be eligible for this role.
* **Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training**: We'll provide you with comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
* **Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training**: You'll need to attend our training program in person for the first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
* **Hours of Operations**: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm.
