**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and performing various other tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Take orders in the drive-thru, assemble orders, and deliver food to customers in a safe and efficient manner
* Clean the dining room, including tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
* Process payments efficiently and accurately
* Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
* Multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with other crew members to ensure continuity of service and achieve team goals
* Align with arenaflex culture by balancing working hard and having fun
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be 16 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service industry preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
* Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
* Ability to ascend or descend stairs
* Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
* Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, or drive-thru cashier
* Certification in food safety or customer service
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
* Ability to take initiative and work independently
