You'll be responsible for managing difficult customer situations, analyzing data, and using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues. You'll also be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email * Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs * Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience * Analyze data and use stories and experience to complement data * Identify and develop work flows and procedures to improve quality and efficiency * Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner * Gather and analyze information skillfully to develop alternative solutions * Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders * Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views * Contribute to building a positive team environment, supporting team goals and objectives * Treat people with respect, inspiring trust and supporting organizational values and goals with integrity * Support affirmative action and respect diversity **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures * Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds * Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment * Knowledge of customer service software and systems * Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to building a positive team culture * Experience with data analysis and problem-solving * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
