As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment that's always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. * **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers. * **Maintaining a Clean and Well-Merchandised Store**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader. * **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures. * **Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. * **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
