Our Amazon Locker+ retail locations are strategically placed in various settings, including Whole Foods Market, freestanding locations, partner retailers, and even warehouse lobbies. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
* Work through problem-solving scenarios, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
* Utilize technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure that packages are processed efficiently
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to:
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
