**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining accurate records
* Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders efficiently
* Receiving truck deliveries, verifying contents, and ensuring accurate inventory management
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner
* Physical stamina, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 49 pounds, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity and flexibility
* Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is an asset
