**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex's Locker+ retail locations, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries, processing returns, and preparing orders for delivery. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions they may have, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking skills to find creative solutions
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex systems and tools
* Receive truck deliveries, ensuring that all packages are accurately received and processed
**Requirements**
* Perform physical labor including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable), adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and guidelines
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

* Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers and sorting packages in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment
* Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages, with minimal noise levels and a relaxed dress code
* Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments, ensuring that you stay cool and comfortable throughout your shift
* Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units
