**Key Responsibilities**
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions they may have, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring their satisfaction
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring seamless operations, and meeting performance targets
* Utilizing technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
* Receiving truck deliveries, accurately processing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to customers
**Physical Demands and Work Environment**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be required to:
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring efficient and safe operations
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable), navigating our Locker+ locations with ease
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

* Surroundings: You'll be behind a counter, working with customers, in a comfortable and climate-controlled environment. Depending on the Locker+ site, you may be working in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
* Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages, staying engaged and motivated throughout your workday.
* Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments, ensuring a pleasant working experience.
* Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, what one would expect in a grocery store, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional customer service.
* Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units. **Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
