**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions**
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building positive and healthy relationships
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
