**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
* **Assisting Individuals**: Help individuals understand their coverages and select the right products, services, and solutions to meet their personal needs.
* **Providing Full Lifecycle Customer Service and Sales**: Offer full lifecycle customer service and sales support, including accepting inbound calls, making outbound calls, and responding to customer inquiries.
* **Responding to Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner.
* **Identifying Additional Needs**: Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products or services.
