We're not just building a product – we're shaping the way energy is delivered and experienced. **The Role** As a Retail/Customer Operations team member at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers in deregulated energy markets. You'll support the day-to-day operations of our retail energy platform, assisting customers, resolving issues, and optimizing internal processes to enhance efficiency.
