**Job Description**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless buying experience for our customers. Your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills will make you the go-to specialist for new car technology, helping our customers navigate and customize their vehicles to fit their unique needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist new car buyers in explaining and customizing vehicle technology features to meet their personal requirements
- Follow up with customers to ensure world-class service was provided during their buying experience
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide expert advice on new car technology and features
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of new car technology and features
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth delivery process and address any customer concerns
**Essential Qualifications:**
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in the automotive industry
- Professional appearance and bearing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in electronic technical support and/or technical aptitude
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as an Automotive Delivery or CSI Coordinator
- Familiarity with new car technology and features
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
