As an Account Manager/Customer Service professional, you'll be responsible for:
• Managing multiple service accounts for dental practices, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met

• Overseeing account progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and meeting client expectations
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Learning and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's knowledge base of dental insurance in-network participation and reports
• Providing clear and concise explanations of insurance options and their impact on clients' businesses

• Previous office/computer work experience, with a strong understanding of Google Drive or Microsoft Office suite

• Competitive hourly rate of $20.38, with opportunities for increases based on performance
