Our remote work environment is designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and productivity, with regular check-ins and virtual meetings to ensure seamless communication and teamwork. • *Responsibilities** As an Account Manager/Customer Service professional, you'll be responsible for: • Managing multiple service accounts for dental practices, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met • Developing positive business relationships with clients through regular communication, updates, and education on insurance participation and options • Overseeing account progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and meeting client expectations • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support • Learning and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's knowledge base of dental insurance in-network participation and reports • Providing clear and concise explanations of insurance options and their impact on clients' businesses • Working closely with an assigned assistant to complete tasks and ensure account success • *Qualifications** To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need: • Previous office/computer work experience, with a strong understanding of Google Drive or Microsoft Office suite • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to learn and absorb new information quickly • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support • A willingness to learn and grow, with a desire to contribute to arenaflex's success and future opportunities • *Training and Support** As a new Account Manager/Customer Service professional, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
