**What Success Looks Like in This Role**
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients and their end-users. Your critical thinking skills, analytical prowess, and ability to meet deadlines in a team environment will be essential in resolving issues and delivering exceptional results. You'll have the opportunity to:
* Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues in client software applications for clinical trials
* Document all call information according to Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures
* Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures
* Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at all times
* Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies
**Key Qualifications and Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* A college degree (preferred) and at least one year of applicable experience
* Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with strong phone skills
* Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese are a plus, but not required
* Strong commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations
