**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system. You will be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral
* Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on our booking system
* Provide polite and professional telephone manner, empathizing with callers while respecting and understanding their needs
* Work efficiently and accurately, meeting productivity and quality standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* High regard for efficiency and accuracy
* Polite and professional telephone manner
