**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing world-class customer service and driving business growth through proactive account management and customer education. You'll work closely with customers to determine and resolve root causes of their concerns, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and develop loyal and profitable customers through activations, payment arrangements, and other collections activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized experience.
* Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, features, and services, and collecting past-due balances.
* Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation for reference and the automated and training tools provided.
* Meet department productivity and quality standards, ensuring that customer satisfaction and loyalty are consistently high.
* Approach each customer interaction with a "can-do" mindset, treating each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
* Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for success.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (required)
* Proficiency in Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
