As an Experienced Customer Sales and Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. With America's fastest and most reliable network at your fingertips, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers. Whether they're calling with questions or concerns, you'll be there to listen, empathize, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service
* Identify customer needs and proactively offer arenaflex products and services that meet their requirements
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
* Respond to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services
* Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed
* Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
* Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
**What We're Looking For:**

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience
* Customer Service call center experience
* Previous collections experience
