About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will deliver first-class customer service in every interaction, solving customer issues, and acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more. You will be the face of blithequark, helping us solve our customers' challenges and delivering on our promise of superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and blithequark products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet those needs.
- Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments and working with them to find a resolution.
- Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
- Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes as needed.
- Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
