**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Outreach Manager to lead our appointment-setting team and drive business growth through effective team management, process optimization, and customer interaction. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Recruit, train, and supervise a team of appointment setters
* Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and ensure targets are met
* Develop and refine scripts, outreach strategies, and scheduling workflows
* Implement tools and technologies to streamline the appointment-setting process
* Collaborate with sales teams to align scheduling priorities with sales goals
* Track and report key metrics, including call volume, appointments scheduled, no-shows, and conversion rates
* Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
* Handle escalations or complex scheduling requests from potential clients
* Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during the appointment-setting process
**Key Responsibilities**
* Team Management:

* Reporting and Analysis:
+ Track and report key metrics, including call volume, appointments scheduled, no-shows, and conversion rates
+ Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
* Customer Interaction:
+ Handle escalations or complex scheduling requests from potential clients
+ Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during the appointment-setting process
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a virtual position, with a proven track record of success in sales and team management
* Experience in the natural health/dietary supplement vertical is a major plus
* Data-driven with the ability to analyze key performance metrics
* Leads from the front, setting an example through action and dedication
* Ensures team members are aligned, motivated, and meeting expectations
