**Job Summary**
As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes. Your primary goal will be to influence change and keep high-value projects moving in the right direction. You'll design and define work breakdown structures, resources required, and roles and responsibilities, ensuring that all client requirements are understood and documented. You'll also lead project and partner calls, create a positive working environment, and manage and communicate project performance.

**Compensation and Benefits**
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that arenaflex expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
