As a key member of our team, the Experienced Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor will play a vital role in ensuring seamless execution of customer requirements during promotional activities, while also identifying trends and solutions to improve our processes. **Job Summary:** We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing planned and unplanned Sales activities affecting orders and customers, leading cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives, and conducting day-to-day customer service activities. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage planned and unplanned Sales activities affecting orders and customers, ensuring seamless execution of customer requirements during promotional activities * Run SAP queries and use reports to identify trends and solutions, providing insights to improve our supply chain and logistics operations * Lead cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction * Conduct day-to-day customer service activities, including managing escalated issues and providing clear and thorough documentation and communication * Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Product Supply System teams, Sales, and our customers * Collaborate with internal teams to build strong relationships and drive business results * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency * Develop and maintain knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems * Provide clear and concise reporting and analysis to stakeholders, using tools such as SAP P08, SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables **Requirements:** * High School diploma or GED equivalent * Availability to work rotating weekends * Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience preferred * At least one year in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center * Three years in a customer-facing role and three years in a call center are preferred * Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills * Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and customers * Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems * Sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication * Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision * Experience with SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office preferred **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and customers * Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication * Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems * Experience with SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office preferred **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
