As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in developing and optimizing customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention for our streaming services. If you're a data-driven problem solver with a passion for customer experience, we encourage you to apply. **Work Overview** As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap * Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting * Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives * Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in customer experience, data analysis, or a related field * Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data * Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle) * Experience in the streaming services industry is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in customer experience, data analysis, or a related field * Experience working with customer journey mapping, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making * Familiarity with arenaflex's streaming services and products **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint * Experience with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
