**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure seamless onboarding and development of our employees
* Delivering engaging and informative training sessions to new and existing employees, emphasizing customer confidentiality and security
* Developing non-classroom communication and training materials to cater to diverse learning styles and preferences
* Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
* Participating in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits
* Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees and upholding arenaflex's values and policies
* Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
* Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant areas
* Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager
**Position Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you must be able to:
* Work remotely and be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST
* Be willing to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
* Work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others
* Possess solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills
* Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired results
* Have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative to identify and address areas for improvement
* Be enthusiastic and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people
* Possess patience with various types of learners and be able to adapt your training approach accordingly
* Be skilled in determining why and how tasks should be handled to effective completion
* Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs
* Hold a college degree or equivalent work experience
* Possess a high school diploma or GED
* Pass background and drug tests
* Be experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
