Proactively manage projects to ensure timely completion and maximum impact. * **Prioritizing delivery of impactful initiatives**: Balance quick wins and long-term projects to maximize guest satisfaction and engagement. Use data-driven insights to inform your decisions and drive results. * **Influencing partner initiatives using a data-centric approach**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive customer experience. Use data to inform your decisions and measure the impact of your efforts. * **Translating strategy into action**: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
