This role will require approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week) and is starting immediately. As a Freelance Experience Strategist, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development of comprehensive communications plans that align with careerzynith's brand vision * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create channel briefs for social and digital creative, ensuring alignment with media plans and platform best practices * Review and provide feedback on creative assets to ensure they meet the required standards and are optimized for each channel * Develop and manage omnichannel asset ecosystems, mapping creative assets to audiences across the customer journey * Consult on and contribute to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more **How You'll Excel in Your Role** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of driving results * A deep understanding of basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, and principles of growth * Availability for meetings in the PST timezone * The ability to contribute independently to the requirements of this role, with minimal oversight and training * A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field * Proven experience in customer experience strategy, digital marketing, and/or social media * Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, persona development, and user experience design * Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field * Experience with customer experience management tools, such as Medallia or Qualtrics * Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau * Certification in customer experience, marketing, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team * Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, persona development, and user experience design * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
