**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the key contributor in responding to various customer inquiries, working in a collaborative environment where every day brings new challenges. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email)

* Update customer information accurately
* Meet job performance standards
* Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 18 years of age or older
* Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
* Comfortable with desktop computer systems
* Experience in customer service preferred
