**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Meet and Greet Customers**: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
* **Superior Customer Service**: Offer efficient and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless rental experience.
* **Additional Customer Assistance**: Provide valuable information and support to customers, including directions, maps, local area information, and service details.
* **Incoming and Outgoing Calls**: Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, while also making outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous tasks.
* **Vehicle Assessment**: Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Problem Resolution**: Notify management of any known customer or vehicle problems, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
* **Continuous Learning**: Pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, as well as company-sponsored classroom training, to continuously build knowledge and skills.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Age**: Be at least 18 years old
* **Education**: Hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
* **Experience**: Possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
* **Driver's License**: Hold a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
* **Work Authorization**: Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
