As a leader in Customer Experience, we're constantly seeking ways to improve and extend our Guest Experience excellence. **The Role and Team** As the Customer Experience Project Manager, you'll be reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Experience Strategy and will be responsible for supporting various responsibilities within the Customer Experience Strategy ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on overall program management and delivery of CX-focused technology improvements.
