About the Role: Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at blithequark. As a Chat Professional, you'll be the face of blithequark to our clients, providing exceptional support and service to our Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge. You'll work as part of a tight-knit team to invigorate our clients and deliver on our brand promise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge, providing a personalized and memorable experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing blithequark and upholding our values and standards.
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless delivery of client services, including travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services.
- Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet the needs and expectations of our Card Members.
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel advice and limited booking assistance.
- Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members.
- Take ownership of the client experience from start to finish, resolving issues and concerns in a proactive and innovative manner.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recent experience serving premium clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service and proactive solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to charm clients with every interaction.
- Ability to listen to client needs and provide tailored recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain tasks.
- Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms and adapting to new systems.
