**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll play a critical role in providing personalized support to American Express Card Members visiting the Centurion Parlor. You'll be the face of careerzynith, representing our brand and values in a client-facing environment. Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet and welcome Card Members upon arrival, providing access to the Centurion Parlor
* Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish
* Develop creative solutions to resolve customer issues and concerns, building loyalty and advocacy for the American Express brand
* Utilize the Client First mindset to address customer needs and expectations
* Provide concierge and lifestyle services, including travel assistance and recommendations
* Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of Card Members
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting
* Experience in the travel industry, including reservation experience, is highly desirable
* Proven ability to deliver proactive solutions and exceed customer expectations
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with customers
* Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
* High level of technical skills, including proficiency in web-based systems and ability to adapt to new technologies
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Physical ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks
