You will work closely with our Branch Resource Team to support a defined group of branches in our Branch Network presentation. Your primary focus will be on retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions * Responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services * Serve in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers * Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily while providing exemplary customer service * Effectively resolve customer issues * Strong comfort level with technology and educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) so they can bank more conveniently and better manage their money * Proficient in consumer deposit products and consumer lending * Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners * Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships pursuant to OCR guidelines * Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory-related policies and procedures * Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree * 1 year of banking experience * Cash handling skills * Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong sales and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills * Proactive sales and customer service skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations * Strong cash handling skills * Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
