You'll process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily, and provide exemplary customer service. If you're a sales-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - **Understand and Educate Customers:** Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, including features, benefits, and best practices. - **Grow Customer Relationships:** Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. - **Refer Customers to Other Areas:** Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership. - **Adhere to Operational Policies:** Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures. - **Demonstrate Sales and Service Acumen:** Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation. - **Perform Other Duties:** Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Basic Qualifications:** - **Education:** High School Diploma or GED - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role - **Alternative Qualification:** Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Qualifications:** - **Experience in Banking or Financial Services:** 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales - **Cash Handling Skills:** Proven cash handling skills - **Technology Comfort:** Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
