**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a high-performing team responsible for designing, testing, and launching new technology solutions that transform the retail landscape. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating the functionality and customer experience of our innovative products, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collecting customer feedback to inform product improvements. With a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
**Core Job Tasks**
* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology solutions, providing actionable feedback to development teams
* Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience
* Collect and analyze customer feedback, quantifying the impacts of new technology on customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
**Essential Qualifications**
* A 4-year science or engineering degree from an accredited institution
* Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
* Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a focus on customer-centric design
* Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
* Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
* Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R
* Formal coursework or training in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and customer-centric approaches
**Contract Details**
* Contract length: 11 months
* Location: Remote, with approximately 50% travel required (best suited for candidates near a main US airline hub)
* Pay range: $38 - $42 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
