Our commitment to social responsibility is at the heart of everything we do, and we're proud to have distributed over eight million pairs of glasses to those in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations * Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge * Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments using internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and workflow * Identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our services **Who You Are** We're looking for a self-motivated, creative, and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be: * A self-starter who takes ownership of your work and is proud of the impact you make * A creative and innovative thinker who can develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex problems * A skilled communicator who can adapt your tone and style to suit different audiences and situations * Eager to learn new technologies and procedures, with a willingness to take on new challenges * Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities * Proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a knack for using keyboard shortcuts to boost productivity * Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision * Excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome) * Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (e.g., home office) to fulfill your shifts * Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT * Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season * Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (arenaflex will provide a laptop and necessary equipment) * Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) **Extra Credit** While not required, we encourage applicants with: * Customer service experience * Experience working from home **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, equitable, and transparent.
