**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Experience Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering top-notch customer service through email and live chat interactions, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported
* Mastering our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Collaborating with teammates, management, and other departments using our internal communication software to drive seamless communication and teamwork
* Identifying opportunities to optimize customer experiences and developing creative solutions to address even the smallest pain points
**Who You Are:**
We're looking for a self-starter who takes pride in their work, is a creative problem-solver, and possesses excellent communication skills. If you're:
* A motivated and organized individual who can juggle multiple tasks with ease
* Proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a knack for keyboard shortcuts
* Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision
* Excited to represent careerzynith and facilitate meaningful customer interactions
* A team player who thrives in a remote work environment
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can fulfill your shifts
* Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
**Extra Credit:**
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home are definite plus factors in this role.
