Our teams are dedicated to helping our clients – from developers to small and large businesses, educational institutions, and government organizations – experience the benefits of our cutting-edge technology firsthand. **Job Summary** As a Customer Engineer, you'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams as an AI-savvy expert to introduce arenaflex's cloud solutions to our clients. In this role, you'll assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of arenaflex's cloud, explaining technical features, helping clients design models, and troubleshooting any potential issues. You'll also have the opportunity to work with clients to utilize specific AI (ML) equipment developed by arenaflex (e.g., Tensor Processing Unit). You'll collaborate closely with clients and product development to shape the TPU stage. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with the team to identify and qualify business potential opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. * Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with arenaflex's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions impacting client adoption of arenaflex Cloud. * Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex Cloud product combinations in client/partner environments. * Suggest integration techniques, proof-of-concept models, stages, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex Cloud. * Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as needed. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Four-year certification or equivalent functional experience. * Experience in virtualization or cloud native designs in a client-facing or support role. * Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience building AI systems and utilizing specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks). * Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems. * Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations. * Ability to rapidly advance, comprehend, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT innovation space. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of cloud computing, AI, and machine learning concepts. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience with technical writing and documentation. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
